Balancing SEO keywords, your messaging and your overall marketing strategy is tricky, but not impossible. So don’t compromise. Create content that people give a shit about, and they’ll share it.

You’re the expert in your field, with great ideas. But you probably haven’t ever tackled a book or know how to make the best white paper. That’s fine. We chat. I write it (your voice, not mine). You put your name on it. (They’re your ideas after all. And, let’s face it, you don’t need my stupid name on your website.)

People say some insane things to chatbots. And you need to predict it all. (Then write an appropriate response.) Luckily, it’s like a choose your own adventure story. Yes, the reader can pick their path. But we’re the ones prodding them in the right direction.

You have a dream. Maybe it’s a grand, epic announcement, detailing how you’ve finally solved world hunger. Or maybe it’s a presentation at your local Meetup, and you need to make sure it’s smashing so you can bag those business cards. Either way, you might need a dreamcatcher.

The journey a customer goes along, from that very first email to actually using your service, is actually just one really long piece of writing. The biggest pitfall is forgetting that, and treating it all like it’s separate. So I help fit together the jigsaw.
