“I had the pleasure of working with Lewis throughout 2018 where I’d brought The Writer in to shape and deliver the RBS and NatWest new tone of voice in to their digital experiences as part of a wider website redesign programme across NatWest.com and RBS.co.uk.

Whilst not only doing an incredible job at the outset in understanding requirements and shaping The Writers services to budgets and the project itself, Lewis offered amazing value throughout.

We didn’t just get basic details on how to incorporate tone of voice in to an experience, there was an array of added tips and recommendations to improve writing and overall experience, which Lewis adapted and made relevant to the individual product and service experiences that make up NatWest.com and RBS.co.uk.

Alongside some of the consultancy, Lewis also ran multiple training and education sessions for the wider digital team at RBS, which received incredible feedback and were found useful and engaging throughout. (Which is not always easy via. Webex!)

And lastly, he’s a lovely guy with a great sense of humour, who follows up and delivers on what he promises.”
